To Qualify Your Referrals:

1. Customer Referrals qualify as: Neighbors / Friends / Family Members / Co-Workers / Etc. Prepped with a call from you, before receiving a call from an A&W Hill Representative, and a free property inspection/assessment.

2. Once you complete your calls to all people, and they are prepared to be contacted by us and receive a property inspection, please fill out details below and return using any means possible. Hand delivery, photo via text and/or email, etc.

3. Referral payments will be issued as follows:- $100.00 gift certificate for submitting 4 qualifying referrals. Additional referral bonuses will be paid as follows: $500.00 for first approved roof job, $600.00 for second approved roof job, and $750.00 for each additional roof approved job thereafter.

Definition/Summary:

*Approved – signed contract between referral and A&W Hill Roofing & Construction.
*Once referral payments have amounted to more than $600.00 within a single Tax Year, a W-9 Tax form will be delivered for customer’s signature and tax information.
*Referral must be located within 100 miles of customer’s main residence, any referral outside of 100 miles must be pre-approved by company admin in order to qualify.
