A&W Hill Roofing & Construction Warranty

Labor  warranty is for LIFETIME on roof replacement. 1 year on siding replacement. 1 year on gutter repairs and 1 year on all other repairs (including interior work). This Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers roof installation according to established industry standards and covers defects caused by improper installation and/or damage to the products while being applied that are caused by the installation crew.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, A&W Hill Roofing & Construction will furnish labor to repair any defective installation workmanship. We will also supply replacement materials when necessary to make such repairs. A&W Hill Roofing & Construction reserves the right to substitute materials that it believes are of equal value if materials identical to those originally installed are no longer readily available to us when such repairs are performed. All replacement work and materials will be provided solely by A&W Hill Roofing & Construction or by parties designated by A&W Hill Roofing & Construction. The homeowner may not contract with another to provide such labor or materials unless otherwise directed in writing by A&W Hill Roofing & Construction. Repairs undertaken by the homeowner or third parties without the written approval of A&W Hill Roofing & Construction will void this warranty.
